To All the Staff at Baker Estates, I would like to thank you for the kind service and consideration we received during the purchase and move into our new bungalow on Bee Meadow. Your staff were most helpful and attentive to our requirements right throughout the process. The bungalow we chose is an excellent, modern space in which to live. It has a very high finish and we were able to choose from a host of upgrades, which made the property feel like home straight away when we moved in.
We look forward to many happy years in our new home, overlooking the excellent North Devon views.

I had been wanting to downsize for many years, but never found anything which ticked all the boxes. From the minute I drove into the development, I knew this was just the perfect place for me - I love the fact that my new bungalow is spacious and everything inside has been finished to the very highest standards. I was able to choose the kitchen and bathroom specification which makes it feel personal. Moving has given me a new lease of life. The team at Baker Estates has been wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.

Baker Estates has helped me find my forever home as they have built new bungalows, which seems to be rare. The team from start to finish have been very professional giving advise throughout the build. The build team have been great once we had moved in as any issues that have occurred they have been happy to help out and sort/explain with them in a quick manor. I would happily recommend this company as my home is fantastic, thank you all that have made it possible.

The sales team were amazing throughout the process and made sure to keep us updated whilst our home was being built. In April 2019 we moved into our brand-new home at Bee Meadow. Whilst the build process was happening, we asked for the home to include upgrades and items which we felt would make the house a home and were so delighted by the high standard. The home has a fantastic finish and high quality throughout. Not only do we love our home, we love the development. Bee Meadow feels like a community, and there is so much green space to go for a walk with the dog. Thank you Baker Estates for building us our forever home.

Well here we are in beautiful Cornwall starting our new adventure, and semi retirement within a Baker Estates “Daisy” design bungalow in Callington. The build, and finish of the property is perfect for us as we’ve downsized, and love the open plan style which is modern, spacious and light. We’re overwhelmed by the kindness, and professionalism of all the amazing team here in Meadowbrook especially Neil, Brian and Richard as well as all the marvelous contractors on site who have also been courteous, and friendly. The purchase process as well as moving in and after sales experience has been made less stressful, and can I say “enjoyable” due to everyone on site supporting us within our move. We are really pleased we’ve chosen a Baker Estates home and hope our time here is a long and healthy one.

To everyone at Baker Estates, we cannot thank you enough for all the hard work you have put into our home. It has exceeded expectations in every way from size to finishing’s & the quality of everything. We love it here already and look forward to our future living here & hopefully forming a friendly community. Malborough is a perfect place to live, only two miles from Salcombe but without the crowds and costs - and The View fits immaculately into the landscape. The surrounding area has walks in all directions, many of which take you to the fields, cliffs or beaches nearby. Most evenings, my daughter and I go for a short walk through the fields. It’s a great life here, and The View came along just at the right time for me.

The team at Baker Estates could not have been more helpful. They were able to provide so much information and input regarding the specification, interior details and answered all our questions about every aspect of the build. It gave us huge confidence that our own new build would be just to our taste. The level of architectural design throughout the house is outstanding. We love certain features such as the way the master bedroom has been created to have a sleeping area which is cleverly distinguished from a dressing area with wardrobes and the generous size of our en-suite bathroom.

The setting of our new home at Meadowbrook, the carefully positioned surrounding properties, the beautiful landscaped open green spaces and the rural views are features that we think make the new development so special. We have such nice neighbours, but the properties are all so well positioned that you feel completely private but still part of a residential community.

We have found our forever home and appreciate the beautiful tranquil setting, where we hear no traffic just the sound of owls hooting, and birds sing. Being able to walk to work at the hospital in three minutes is the icing on the cake for me, no more scraping the car in winter and driving down icy hills. Yet we’re only moments away from the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just north of the Taw Estuary.

We feel really lucky that we discovered Baker Estates, who helped us every step of the way to buy our perfect new family home in the area we know and love.

I never expected to find a property with such kerb appeal and views that make me as happy as the view of the mountains I had in France. Our new home is south facing and has views over the glorious countryside across the South Hams Area of Outstanding Beauty. As well as gorgeous countryside, we’re surrounded by six sandy beaches all connected by the idyllic South West Coastal Path.

For us, having everything presented in immaculate order, fresh and modern, really is a joy. We especially love having en-suite bathrooms in two of the bedrooms and, of course, a brand new fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances. The fantastic family/dining open plan space means we can enjoy socialising with friends and family.

“It was so convenient buying at Hingston View. My daughter couldn’t find a house in the area, and I needed to downsize, so I have a brand-new home and my daughter moved into mine, it made perfect sense.”
“I was one of the first to reserve which meant I could hand pick the plot off plan which really suited me and I’ve been watching it being built over the last six months. The location of Hingston View is ideal too with a short walk into town.”

Living at Little Cotton Farm suits our practical daily needs; we have a choice of local shops, a new medical centre, and lots of other amenities which also persuaded us that this was the right place to call home. One of our favourite rooms in our new home is the well-designed fully fitted kitchen, with doors leading out onto the large garden. We also find the bathrooms well-designed with a relaxing and cosy feel. Our house faces east with lovely trees and a footpath at the front which will lead us to the new clinic and supermarkets.

“We looked into home exchange which made sense and it took all the hassle out of moving for us. I can’t recommend the service we received enough. Everything was sorted for us, and it meant we didn’t miss the boat buying the home we fell in love with.
