NHBC Warranty

Throughout the entire process of building your new home, the Baker Estates team continually maintains its commitment to delivering high standards of construction. Every element of your new home is assessed to ensure that it will meet with the rigorous industry standards.

Your home will have the benefit of a 10 year warranty cover, awarded by the NHBC (National House Building Council). The first 2 years of this cover is provided by us and during this period you will able to contact the Customer Care team, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you encounter an issue with your new home.

The NHBC provide warranty for new homes. They work seamlessly with house builders to raise the standards of new homes and also provide consumer protection for homeowners, in the unlikely event of major structural defect. In addition to our own sign off processes, a site inspector from the warranty provider will also oversee the build of your new home. They inspect at key stages throughout your home’s construction to ensure that it conforms to the required standards and quality.
