Baker Estates, the award-winning housebuilder, has appointed Nicole Stacey as Planning Director, expanding its team to service new opportunities to build quality housing in the southwest.
Nicole is responsible for managing the planning process and securing consents across Baker Estates' new sites.
Nicole, a chartered town planner, has over 10 years’ experience in the industry having worked as a consultant on a wide range of developments. She joins from Devon based PCL Planning where she was a director.
Baker Estates knows Nicole well as she has worked on a number of successful planning applications for the housebuilder in recent years.
Operations Director, Graham Hutton, said: “We are delighted to have Nicole on board. A pipeline of planning permissions is of course vital, but it is how we go about this that differentiates us as a business. Nicole understands the value of community engagement and consultation with local people and planning authorities alike. I’m sure therefore that she will continue our development activities in the way we wish. I very much look forward to working with her.”
Nicole said: “Baker Estates has been extraordinarily successful since in its short six year history and I have always been impressed with how they go about their activities. I am excited therefore, to join the team.”
