For Andrew and Deborah Ostman, it really was a dream come true when they recently relocated to the picturesque village of Appledore, in North Devon, where they have purchased a charming two-bedroom bungalow from local housebuilder Baker Estates.
The couple had fond memories of family holidays in the area and often talked about moving there one day.

The couple moved from a 1930s bungalow which they renovated over many years but didn’t want another building project. “We wanted to move straight in and enjoy our new home,” explained Andrew.
Deborah added: “We are close to the harbour and enjoy walking into the centre to have a coffee or a drink. We are so happy here and look forward to exploring the area.
“We have got to know a few of the residents here and some who have lived in Appledore for many years, just love the area and wanted a bungalow to stay close to the town. We can see why!”
