Many congratulations to both Bob Mitchell and Robin Palmer and their respective teams at our developments Great Court Farm, Totnes and Greenhill, Kingsteignton. Our senior site managers have been recognised this year by the NHBC, by excelling in delivering the highest of quality standards for their developments.
With more than 16,000 site managers competing for the awards, this year’s Quality Award winners have been hand-picked for their excellent standards on site. Following 12 months of rigorous judging, both Bob and Robin are through to the first round of winners and will now go on to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Winner titles.
Baker Estates are very fortunate to have two such experienced and committed Site Managers as part of the construction team. These awards are testament to their hard work and dedication.
Bob and Robin whole heartedly acknowledge that winning an NHBC award is a team effort and this would not have been achieved without the huge contribution made by both John Wotton and Nick Eaves, their Assistant Site Managers.
Support from all departments within the business has been exemplary, throughout the life cycle of these fantastic developments. Baker Estates is a relatively new company emerging as main contender within the house building sector in the South West. The company has a fantastic team spirit, great ethos and a real thirst for success.
“I am exceptionally proud of how we go about our business. Whilst the accolades and congratulations should deservedly be showered upon Bob and Robin, I am hugely grateful to all of our tradesmen and women for genuinely embracing the “quality agenda” they promote. I believe each of the teams working at Great Court Farm and Greenhill is taking real pride and delivering a better service for Baker Estates.”
