Baker Estates has announced its sponsorship of the Tavistock Bowls Club with the new partnership underpinning its continued support of local bowls clubs in the South West.
The donation from Baker Estates will go towards a new set of shirts for the club as well as boost the club's profile and ensure it continues to be a thriving hub for local bowls enthusiasts and guests.
The award-winning housebuilder has recently opened it’s new development, Little Orchard nearby and hopes that some of the new residents will want to join the bowls club when they move in.
“We are delighted to support Tavistock Bowls Club,” said Annie Williams, Sales and Marketing Director at Baker Estates. “The club has a rich history and plays a vital role in bringing the community together. By sponsoring the club, we hope to contribute to its ongoing success and encourage more people to take up and enjoy the sport of bowls in Tavistock.”
“We are very grateful to Baker Estates for its sponsorship,” said Sue Silcox, Chairman of Tavistock Bowls Club. “This partnership will help us fund new shirts for our members which is a lovely gesture.”
The sponsorship deal will also see Baker Estates’ branding featured around the club, including signage and promotional materials. This visibility will not only highlight Baker Estates’ commitment to community involvement but also support the club in attracting new members and visitors.
