Last week, local resident Elizabeth Smith was guest of honour to officially launch award winning south west housebuilder Bakers Estates’ much-anticipated Sales and Marketing Suite at Sawmills in Dartington.
Elizabeth, one of the first to reserve off plan at the development, has put down a deposit on a three-bedroom ‘Clover’ house type saying, ‘it’s a wonderful location to live’.
The suite will now offer prospective buyers the opportunity to discuss their requirements as well as see how the development is progressing. Site plans, floor plans and brochures are now available.
