We recently celebrated with our project team after Baker Estates secured planning permission for two new sites in Seaton.
Our exciting plans for 36 new homes at Rowan Drive and 20 new homes at Barnards Hill were approved earlier this year. To recognise the hard work of everyone involved we treated team members and consultants who worked on the projects to dinner in The Conservatory in Exeter.
The evening was enjoyed by all and provided an opportunity for the project team to relax over a well-earned glass of wine, following many months of quality work.
We all look forward to working together again in the future and see the new sites developed over the coming months.
