From the 1st April 2010 these customer service requirements became mandatory for all home builders as part of a new Consumer Code Scheme.
The Consumer Code Scheme requires all home builders to comply with specific best practice guideline that ensure home buyers are guaranteed an agreed level of service. We are registered with the NHBC, the leading home warranty and insurance provider and standards-setter for UK house-building and recognise the Consumer Code.
These requirements ensure that home buyers:
- Are treated fairly
- Know what service levels to expect
- Are given reliable, clear information upon which to make their decisions
- Know how to access quick, low-cost dispute resolution if they are dissatisfied

If you are unhappy with how we have dealt with your complaint, you may refer the matter to your warranty provider under the Consumer Code for reservations taken before the 31st October 2023.
