“We really wanted to move back to Dartington but didn’t think we could afford to live here again,” said Ann. “When we met up with some old friends who still live locally, they told us about Baker Estates’ St Mary’s development. They’d all visited and recommended we speak to Kevyn, the sales executive, who had sold us all homes previously on another development in the town.”

“As soon as we stepped through the door and saw how the light flowed through the house, that was it,” Anne added. “We knew immediately that we were buying a new home here. I even met Ian Baker, the Managing Director, on site and made a point of telling him how brilliant his team is.”

“We absolutely love our new home. The design of our home is fantastic. We also have a large garden, a double garage and the surroundings are just beautiful with views of the hills. The best part has been going on bike rides to the local park as a family and just allowing the kids some freedom. We are only a few minutes from school so that’s another big plus.”
